"Mostly okay, but pending trades are stressful 😅"
I've used CSGO500 a few times now and the trade bot has been mostly fine. My deposits did go through, but one time it took around 15 minutes and I wasn’t sure if it had bugged out or not 😬 Support got back to me later and it ended up being fixed, so it wasn’t a huge issue. Still, it definitely makes me nervous when skins are just sitting there pending. 3 stars feels fair

I appreciate that csgo500 offers deposit limits and self-exclusion options. It makes it easier to keep things under control and not go overboard. That said, it took me a little while to find where everything was in the menus. Overall, it’s a good feature to have, but I think it could be made a bit more obvious and easier to access

The site itself is fine and easy to use, but the payment options weren’t quite what I expected. Compared to other sites I’ve used, this one felt a bit more limited since I couldn’t use my usual payment method. I did find a couple of options that worked, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but withdrawing was a little annoying too. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as convenient as some others.

"Pretty solid mix of games tbh"
I like CSGO500 mostly bc there’s actually a decent variety of games to choose from. It’s not just the same one or two options over and over, so it doesn’t get boring super fast.

I usually switch between different modes depending on my mood, and it’s easy to find something to play. Some games are def more fun than others, but overall the selection is solid imo.

"Referral worked, but I had to figure some of it out myself"
I used the referral thing with a mate and, to be fair, it did work in the end. The bonus showed up after a bit of waiting, so no major drama there, but I did feel like I was left guessing more than I should’ve been. The site is easy enough once you get used to it, but the first time around some parts are a bit confusing. I’m happy overall, I just wish the referral page actually explained the steps more clearly so people like me don’t have to sit there wondering if we’ve done something wrong. 4 stars from me.

CSGO500 loads quickly for me, and I haven’t really had much lag while moving around the site. Pages open fine on mobile too, which feels like the bare minimum a site should get right these days. I’ve noticed one or two tiny delays, but nothing annoying. Overall, it feels stable, easy enough to use, and like they’ve made a decent effort to keep things working properly.

The bonus is actually fair and gave me some extra play time, which I appreciated. It’s definitely not the biggest offer out there, and I do think the rules could be explained more clearly. Just a heads-up to anyone thinking about using it: make sure you read the terms before jumping in so you know what to expect. Overall, I’d say it was still worth using.

"Privacy settings seem okay so far..."
I’ve been using CSGO500 for a little while now, and the privacy side of things seems fine so far... Signing up didn’t ask for a ton of unnecessary info, and I was able to find the basic account and security settings without having to dig around forever.
The only thing I’d mention is that some of the data/privacy pages feel a bit long and not super easy to read. But I haven’t gotten any weird spam or random messages since joining, so overall I’d give it 4 stars.

"Got Fixed Eventually, But Not as Promised"
I had an issue with my account and reached out to support. To be fair, they were polite and they did eventually help me get it sorted out. But they told me they’d get back to me quickly, and that definitely didn’t happen. I also had to explain the same problem more than once, which was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst support experience, but when you promise fast help, I expect fast help. Giving 3 stars because the issue was fixed in the end.
